Symptoms this kit is likely to resolve:
- TV set can turn on and off but no picture appears on screen (sometimes turning the set on and off multiple times allows the picture to come back)
- Eradic blinking from the IR light
- Freezing the 3 blue capacitors on the board allows it to work temporarily.
