Nick Arnaud
Owner & CEOAs all good start up stories go, Nick's TV Repair started out of Nick's garage buying broken TV's, fixing them and reselling them back on craigslist. As volume picked up, the operation had to move to commercial space and the first store front opened up in 2014. As time went on, Nick's TV repair went from only buying and selling to also offering repairs, and again volume picked up! A new larger location was desperately needed and the first few employees were hired. As more volume was coming in, a need to perform component level repairs was more apparent than ever, and the Mail-in Repair services were born. Today Nick's TV Repair offers nearly a thousand different mail-in repair services for hundreds of devices and has saved over 15,000 devices from the landfill. |

Lead TechnicianJuan is in charge of R&D, and has implemented numerous new ideas and technologies, such as BGA repairs, and micro soldering. Juan has been an influential member of the team since 2014. |

Quynn Bell
Lead Software Developer / Repair TechnicianQuynn is currently an engineering student at the University of Arizona. As our lead software developer, Quynn remains in charge of building automated systems, creating desktop GUI's, as well as updating our website. Quynn is well versed in HTML5, CSS, PHP, JavaScript, C, C++, and Python. While not working behind a computer, Quynn can often be found fixing circuit boards at our repair center or working with our specialized repairs. Quynn has been an exceptional addition to our team since 2020. |
Malek Kmeid
Repair TechnicianMalek is a student at the University of Arizona pursuing a degree in Information Sciences. As a repair technician, he works on diagnosing and repairing our specialized repairs. He is currently still learning all levels of soldering, but has been exceptional at diagnosing problems with circuit boards. Outside of the office, Malek can be found working with computer hardware as well as learning computer software languages, such as python. Malek has been working at Nick's TV's since 2021. |

Adriel Silva
Storefront Repair TechnicianBeing a repair technician, Adriel is responsible for assisting local customers, taking apart television sets, and diagnosing circuit boards at our storefront location. He is currently in the process of learning all levels of soldering and how to program IC chips for our repair services. Adriel is known for his passion surrounding computer hardware and often enjoys tinkering with old video game hardware. Adriel has been with Nick's TV's since 2021. |
KG
Designer and Web SupportKG is our graphics designer and listings handler. They are responsible for creating listings on the site and design for our media pages. While not working, they design on non-profit graphics and tinkering with old gaming hardware and retro games. Despite being one of the newest additions to the team, they bring exceptional passion and talent to the company. |
