Failures our service covers:
- TV turns on, but only displays picture properly on half the screen
- TV does not turn on but does have the white standby light on the front bezel (if no standby light then your power supply is most likely at fault which we also service)
- TV turns on and off, but there is no picture, no sound, and no back light
- TV turns on, shows logo, shuts back off quickly after.
- TV turns on, will run for a bit but then shuts off. The more times it cycles, the shorted the amount of time the TV stays on before cycling again.
- HDMI's do not work only shows No signal

- Once received, we live test, confirm the failure with your module, and proceed with the appropriate repairs
- We live test your module once more to confirm it is properly fixed before shipping it back and providing you with return tracking number
