How does this mail-in repair service work?
1. Purchase the repair
2. An automated Email is sent with packaging & shipping instructions along with a link to your newly created account & ticket
3. Ship your defective module using the address provided in the Email
4. Once recieved, we live test, confirm the failure with your module, and proceed with the appropriate repairs
5. We live test your module once more to confirm it is properly fixed before shipping it back and providing you with return tracking number

What is the turnaround time for a repair?
3-5 business days after we receive your defective module. (this does not include shipping time)
What if my symptom is not listed or I have another unlisted issue?
We are able to repair most symptoms even if they are not listed, please message us prior to placing an order
I don't know what board is defective, can I send you multiple boards for testing and repair?
We recommend you email us first, provide us with the model number of your TV along with details of your symptoms. Most often we can identify the board at fault. However sometimes 2 different boards can cause the same symptoms, in that case you can send both in for us to troubleshoot and identify the defective board for you. We do charge a $20 bench fee per module to be tested along with any additional return shipping fees. A repair service must be purchased in order to qualify for testing of additional modules.
Do you work on boards that have been serviced before have had failed repair attempts or missing parts?
We do, however you must first message us with details prior to placing an order. Tampered boards will have a $20 none refundable repair attempt fee. This is not an additional repair fees but instead will be taken out of the refund in the event we are unable to fix your board. Failure to contact us prior to placing an order will not waive the repair attempt fee.
What happens if you can't fix my board?
In the event we are unable to fix your board, we can offer one of two refund options.
1. A full refund is issued and we keep the board
2. A refund minus return shipping fee is issued and we ship you the board back
If the module has been tampered with / has had a repair attempt, or has an unusual failure (not included in the list of symptoms we fix) which was not discussed with one of our team members prior to sending in the module, a $20.00 bench fee will be charged. The shipping fee is determined upon which shipping method you select
What if you receive my board in working condition and it passes your tests?
If your board arrives in working condition, a refund minus a bench fee of $20 will be incurred along with return shipping fees. The shipping fee is determined upon which shipping method you select
What if I have a problem with my module after it has arrived, is there a warranty for this repair service?
A one (1) year warranty for repeat failure (the same failure you had originally) is included with this repair service from the date of departure of our repair center. Customer is responsible for return shipping to our facility, unless unit is DOA. If the repaired module is found to be in working condition upon return, a $20 testing fee along with return shipping fees will be required before the module can be returned to you
