This is a repair service, you must ship your board to us for repair. Your repaired board is then shipped back to you. If you have any questions, please message us. A one (1) year warranty for repeat failure (the same failure you had originally) is included with this premium repair service from the date of departure of our repair center

What is the turnaround time for repair?
3-5 business days after we receive your defective module(s)
What if my symptom is not listed or I have another unlisted issue?
We are able to repair most symptoms that are not listed, please message us prior to placing an order
What if I'd like to ship you multiple boards for testing?
We charge a $20 flat bench fee per module to be tested along with any additional return shipping fees. A repair service must be purchased in order to qualify for testing of additional modules
Do you work on boards that have been serviced before or have missing parts?
We can work with tampered modules, however you must contact us prior with all repair attempt details at our support email [email protected]. Tampered modules will have an additional $20 service fee which will be none refundable.
(The fee does not apply to boards successfully repaired in the past, only to tampered boards with none successful repairs)
What happens if you can't fix my board?
If your part or device can't be repaired a refund will be issued minus a repair attempt fee of 40% of the value of the service. Please know that we do everything in our power to repair every part/device sent in. Our techs will exhaust every possible option and will spend significant time and effort before deeming it non-repairable. If this happens, it is not a decision that was made lightly. If you do not want the board returned, the shipping fee will also be refunded. If you require the board to be shipped back, the shipping fee will be deducted from the refund.
What if you receive my board in working condition and it passes your tests?
If a circuit board or module is sent in for repair and is found to be fully functional, a bench fee of $20 or 20% of the value of the service whichever is higher will be deducted from the refund. Shipping fees will still apply.
What if I have a problem with my module after it has arrived, is there a warranty for this repair service?
Yes, a one (1) year warranty for repeat failure (the same failure you had originally) is included with this repair service from the date of departure of our repair center. Customer is responsible for return shipping to our facility, unless unit is DOA. If the repaired module is found to be in working condition upon return, a $20 testing fee along with return shipping fees will be required before the module can be returned to you

- We process the package once it arrives
- We test the board you shipped to confirm the failure
- We repair the board, unless it arrived in working condition, in which case we will ship the board back (refund details below)
- Once your board has been fixed, we will test it in a live TV set to ensure quality!
- We then ship your repaired board back to you
