Symptoms of a bad Main board:
TV turns on picture comes on but gets stuck on Sharp Logo
TV turns on, Sharp Logo comes on screen but then shuts off and then back on again
TV turns on, Picture works, audio works, but menus are slow to respond, sometimes the TV freezes.

Turn around time is 3-5 business days from boards arrival.
We generally do not work with tampered boards. If your board has been tampered with, please give us a call or email us with details so we can discuss it before you send it in.
Once your board has been fixed, we will test it in a live TV set to ensure quality.
What if we can't fix your board?
It is extremely rare that we are unable to fix a board, however sometimes there are instances where unusual failures can occur. If this is the case, we will send you a full refund including shipping fee you paid us. The shipping cost you incur to send the board to us will not be reimbursed.
Your board arrives working:
If your board arrives in working condition, a refund will be issued minus a $20 testing fee. Shipping fees will not be a part of the refund.
