  • What if we can't fix your board?  It is extremely rare that we are unable to fix a board, however sometimes there are instances where unusual failures can occur. If this is the case, we will send you a full refund.
You sent a good working board:
  • We charge a $20.00 testing fee. If we are unable to find a defect with your board after our testing period, you will receive a full refund for the cost of the repair minus our testing fee. Please note shipping is not included in the refund.
