Turn around time is 3 - 5 business days from boards arrival.
If your board has been tampered with, please give us a call or email us with details so we can discuss it further. - Once your board has been fixed, we will test it in a live TV set to ensure quality.
- What if we can't fix your board? It is extremely rare that we are unable to fix a board, however sometimes there are instances where unusual failures can occur. If this is the case, we will send you a full refund.
- Your board arrives working:
If your board is determined to be in working condition upon arrival, a testing fee of $20.00 will be incurred and a refund of the remaining purchase price will be issued. Note that the return shipping fee is not reimbursed.
